Smoothie is a delicious breakfast drink. This smoothie bowl contains fruits and yogurt and is packed with nutrients. Enjoy your healthy breakfast with this delicious and nutritious drink. Smoothie bowls are either made of fruits or vegetables. Today I have tried it with some fruits and nuts. You can experiment with this recipe by flavouring the yogurt with fruits such as strawberry, passion fruit, vanilla, etc.
- Flax seeds (1 tbsp, roasted)
- Banana (1)
- Pomegranate (1/2 cup)
- Yogurt (1 cup, whisked)
- Almonds (1 tbsp)
- In a mixing bowl, add the yogurt, mashed banana of half banana and whisk it well. Now add the pomegranate and mix with the yogurt. Fruit yougur is now ready.
- Now, take a serving bowl and pour the fruit yogurt in it.
- Place the grapes in a curve or linear fashion followed by sliced bananas.
- Sprinkle flax seed on the next layer.
- Layer some almonds next to it. Finish it of with pomegranate layer.
- You can use fruit and nuts of your choice to make a smoothie bowl.
Delicious smoothie bowl is now ready to be served.
