Ingredients:
- White pumpkin
- chow chow
- green chilies
- coconut milk
- curry leaves
- salt
- coconut oil.
Method:
- Boil white pumpkin and chow chow in equal ratio, cut into pieces with 2 green chillies.
- Turn off the flame and add coconut milk to it.
- Add curry leaves, salt and 1 tbsp coconut oil and mix well.
Olan is ready to be served with steam rice.
