Oats Poridge

Ingredients:

  • Oats (1 cup)
  • Milk (1 cup)
  • water (3 cups)
  • Sugar/ honey
  • Fruits

Methods:

  1. Heat water in a heavy bottom pan. When water comes to boil, add the oats and stir.
  2. Cook it for 5 minutes. Add milk into it and cook till the milk boils. Keep stiring.
  3. In a bowl cut fruits of your choice, and add the oats into it. Pour honey over it and stir.

Nutritious porridge is ready to be served hot or chilled.
