Ingredients:
- Oats (1 cup)
- Milk (1 cup)
- water (3 cups)
- Sugar/ honey
- Fruits
Methods:
- Heat water in a heavy bottom pan. When water comes to boil, add the oats and stir.
- Cook it for 5 minutes. Add milk into it and cook till the milk boils. Keep stiring.
- In a bowl cut fruits of your choice, and add the oats into it. Pour honey over it and stir.
Nutritious porridge is ready to be served hot or chilled.
