Multigrain dosa – From Veena’s kitchen.

Ingredients :

  • multigrain flour (Ragi, Jowar, Bajra, Wheat)/or/Wheat Flour
  • rice flour
  • green chilly
  • onion
  • salt to taste
  • water

Method:

  1. In a bowl, add chopped onion and green chilly, multigrain or wheat flour, rice flour.
  2. Add water and stir well to form a dosa batter.
  3. Heat pan, pour the dosa batter to form a circle shape.
  4. pour little oil on its side. Roast it on low flame.
  5. Nutritious multigrain dosa is ready and can be served with your favorite chutney.
