Momo is a dish from Asian Cuisine and are types of dumpling made of flour and fillings inside it. The filling could be vegetarian made of all the vegetables or non-vegetarian made of meat.
Momos Part 1 video demonstrates how to make the chilly garlic sauce which is a good complement with the Momos.
Momos Part 2 will demonstrate how to make Momos (vegetarian & non-vegetarian)
- Garlic Chopped (2 tsp)
- Arromat (1/2 tsp)
- Chilly flakes (25 gms)
- Tomato ketchup (20 gms)
- Soya Sauce (30 ml)
- Vinegar (10 ml)
- Saute garlic, chilly flakes, tomato ketchup on a medium flame for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Season with Kikkoman Soya sauce, vinegar and arromat.
- Remove from flame and allow it to cool down and serve it with steamed momos.
