- Mint leaves (1 bunch)
- Green chilly (1)
- Salt as per taste
- tamarind pulp
- Chat masala (a pinch)
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender and empty it in a bowl.
- Sprinkle chat masala and garnish it with mint leaf.
Mint chutney is ready to be served with kebabs or fries.
