Kachumbar

    Salads provide the body with a lot of fiber which in turn means lower cholesterol and help reduce weight.

    Ingredients:

    • Mint leaves (handful)
    • Tomato (1)
    • Lemon (1)
    • Onion (1 medium size)
    • Cucumber (1 medium size)
    • Coriander leaves (handful)
    • Salt as per taste
    • Chat masala (optional)
    Method:
    1. Chop tomatoe, onion, cucumber, coriander leaves and mint leaves.
    2. Add it in a bowl and squeeze lemon juice over it. Add salt and mix well.
    Healthy and yummy kachumbar is ready to be served before meals.
