Ingredients:
- Bread ( 3 pieces)
- Milk (1 cup)
- Sugar (3 tbsp)
- Egg (1)
Method:
- In a bowl, mix sugar and beaten egg with milk, and blend them well.
- Cut the bread into half and dip it in the milk.
- Heat pan, grease it with little oil, and cook the milk dipped bread in a slow flame.
- When the bread becomes golden brown, turn it and cook the other side untill it changes to golden brown.
- French toast is ready.
Server hot.
