Ingredients
- Finger millet/Ragi (1 cup, powdered)
- Honey (1/4 cup)
- Milk (3 tbsp)
Method
- Pre-heat over at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, add finger millet/ragi, honey and mix well.
- Add milk and knead to form a dough.
- Make small balls of the dough and press between the palms to form a cookie shape.
- You can also use a rolling pin and cookie cutter to make shapes.
- Bake it in the pre-heated oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
