Ingredients:
- Prawn (250 gms)
- Salt as per taste
- Red chilly powder (1 tsp)
- Turmeric powder (1 tsp)
- Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
- Onion (1 medium)
- Pepper corn (1 tbsp)
- Garlic paste (1 tbsp)
- Oil (3 tbsp)
Method:
- Wash and peal prawns. Marinate it with salt, turmeric, red chilly powder, lemon juice and keep it for 15 minutes.
- Blend onion and pepper corn and add to the prawn and keep it for another 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated prawns and fry for 5 – 8 minutes.
Prawn dry is ready to be served with roti, chapati, nan or steamed rice.
