Ingredients:
- Butter (250 gm)
- All purpose flour/maida (250 gms)
- eggs 5
- Temperated sugar
- Dry fruits 2 kg, soaked in wiskey, rum, brandy and red wine for 3 to 4 months.
- Cinamon powder (1 tsp)
- Caramel sugar (2 tbsp)
- Jelly beans, mashmellows, tuty fruity.
Method:
step 1:
In a bowl add butter, wisk it well till the butter becomes very soft.
Break the eggs in a seperate bowl.
Add brown sugar to it and wisk it well till it is blended for about 5 – 10 minutes.
Step 2:
Add one egg, wisk it well, add the second egg, wisk it well. Follow the same procedure for all five eggs. This whole process takes about 10 minues.
Step 3:
Add the dry fruits, all purpose flour/maida mix it well in a folded manner.
Add cinamon powder & mix it again. Add caramel sugar.
Keep the dough aside for 15 minutes.
Step 4:
In a baking tray, empty the dough leaving the upper inch of the tray empty.
Bake it in 180 degree C, in a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes.
Remove it from the oven. Plum cake is ready
Optional:
Do the icing on the cake with sugar and egg.
Add some jelly beans, mashmellows, tuty fruity for the topping.
