Aloo Jeera

     

    Ingredients:

    • Boiled Potatoes
    • Jeera/Cumin seeds.
    • Oil
    • Green chilies
    • Turmeric powder
    • Jeera/Cumin seeds powder
    • Salt
    • Water
    • Coriander leaves

    Method:

    1. Heat oil in a pan, add jeera/cumin seeds, chopped ginger, chopped green chilies, turmeric powder, water and sauté.
    2. Add boiled potato cubes, salt, chopped coriander leaves and sauté.
    3. Add pinch of Jeera powder/ cumin seeds powder and sauté.

    Aloo Jeera is ready to serve.
